In futsal second referee is authorized to carry out their duties in the field opposite the referee. He was also allowed to use the whistle.

The second referee will help the referee to watch the match in accordance with the rules of the game in futsal. Second referee also has the following authority.

- Has authority to stop the game for each violation.
- Ensuring a substitution made in accordance with the rules.
